No. You can use the tools without an account: 10 operations a day, files up to 50 MB. A free account with a verified email goes up to 50 operations a day and 100 MB per file, and opens the assistant trial.

They're shown on every tool before you upload, and on the pricing page. Heavy processing (OCR, conversions, compression) accepts up to 100 pages per document on Free; light tools have no page limit. The daily counter resets at midnight UTC.

Never. Not on Free, not on paid plans. The file you download is exactly the processing result.

Many tools work right in your browser: the file never leaves your device. The others go through servers with private, encrypted storage, short-lived signed links, virus scanning and strict separation between users.

Without an account, your files are deleted after 1 hour. With an account, they stay in your history according to your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on AI, 90 days on Pro. You can delete them yourself at any time.

That processing happens on your computer or phone, without sending the file. We only check your operation counter. Merging, rotating and signing work this way, for example.

No, never. Neither by us nor by our providers. We only use paid APIs whose terms exclude training on your data; for Google, only the paid tier is allowed.

The assistant's unit of account: one processed document page is usually one AI page. The AI plan includes 300 a month, the Pro plan 2000. A failed operation is never counted.

The assistant is reliable but not infallible. That's why every answer points to its source pages and every pre-filled field stays editable. For an important document, always check the result.

No. eFlyPDF is an independent service, with no link to the CRA, IRCC or IRS. Official forms remain available free of charge from their authorities; we help you fill them in.

Yes, manually and for free. On the AI and Pro plans, the assistant can pre-fill fields from your documents; you check every field before confirming. You remain responsible for what you declare.

A drawn, typed or uploaded signature is a simple electronic signature, enough for many everyday uses. The Pro plan adds a certificate, a timestamp and an audit trail. It is not a qualified signature under the eIDAS regulation.

Yes, with the Pro plan: an API key, the same tools as on the website, signed webhooks and the same quotas as your account. The documentation is online.

French and English. OCR recognizes many languages (including Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese and German) and the assistant translates to and from most common languages.
