Bank statements, price lists, timetables and financial reports often arrive as PDFs, which makes their tables painful to reuse. This tool detects the tables in your PDF and places them in an Excel workbook (XLSX), ready for sorting, filtering and formulas. No more retyping figures by hand to prepare a budget or reconcile an account.

Choose one sheet per page or one sheet per table, depending on how you like to work. Conversion runs on our servers, your file is deleted automatically afterwards, and you download the workbook from a temporary link. For invoices and receipts where you need specific fields rather than whole tables, our data extraction assistant goes further.

Frequently asked questions

How are the tables organized in the workbook?
You choose: one sheet per page of the PDF, or one sheet per detected table.
Does it work with scanned bank statements?
Tables are detected best in PDFs that contain real text. For scans, try our data extraction assistant, which reads images too.
Can I extract invoice totals instead of whole tables?
For specific fields like vendor, date, tax and total, use the data extraction tool, which outputs Excel, CSV or JSON.
